This project is my way of exploring chemical engineering before committing to it in college.

02 The starting point

Curiosity is a useful place to begin.

I keep noticing chemistry in things that feel completely ordinary: a soda going flat, soap lifting grease, a soft gel holding water. Chemical engineering seems to ask a bigger version of the same question — how do we understand these changes well enough to design useful things?

Before I make a big decision about what to study, I want to practice the work itself. Each episode is a small experiment in research, explanation, and reflection.
